Product Design

A large percentage of Chemprene’s products have been engineered to perform in customer-specified or private brand applications. Many of these products have been designed and developed by Chemprene chemists in our prototype pilot lab. The pilot lab is for ongoing innovation in product development. In this lab, most manufacturing processes can be simulated, and products can be developed economically on a smaller scale. Once a specification has been developed and approved by the customer, it is then released to manufacturing engineering and the material is scaled up to production quality.
