Our multi-tiered operations provide mixing and compounding for material development, continuous coating lines with high manufacturing capacity and unsurpassed customer service . With our ability to manufacture to customer design or design to customer specifications, we are well equipped to take on any new business and application development challenges. Chemprene’s calender coated and solvent coated textiles are specified in a multitude of applications in the U.S. as well as internationally. The specifications for these applications range from military requirements to customer driven commercial product standards. Chemprene products are available in cured (vulcanized) and uncured states. Thicknesses range from .005 – .300” and coating widths up to 72”.
